These are the terms for using this website. They are short, because the site is simple: it describes Reneca, it keeps a waiting list, and it lets you write to us. There is no account to create and no service to use here yet. When Reneca opens, full terms of service replace these.

1. What this site is

reneca.app describes Reneca, a strategic thinking workspace that Rene Technology Ltd is building. Reneca is not open yet. This site is for information, for joining the waiting list, and for contacting us.

2. Who we are

This site is operated by Rene Technology Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. Our company details are published on renetechnology.com. You can reach us at [email protected].

3. The waiting list

Joining the waiting list reserves nothing and commits neither of us to anything. It means we may email you as our Privacy Notice describes, and that you can leave the list at any time. Reneca's features, plans, prices and opening date are not final and may change before it opens, and we may decide not to offer some or all of what this site describes.

4. Using this site

You are welcome to read this site and share links to it. You may not copy its design, text or graphics for your own products or services, interfere with how it works, or use automated tools to collect data from it. The Reneca name and logo belong to Rene Technology Ltd and may not be used without our written permission.

5. Accuracy and advice

We try to keep this site accurate, but it describes a product that is still being built, so screens, names and wording will change. Nothing on this site is business, financial, legal or other professional advice.

6. Links to other sites

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

7. Liability

This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it or your reliance on anything it says. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or affects your rights as a consumer.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or in the European Union, you keep the protections of the place where you live. Before anything formal, we would rather talk: [email protected].

9. Changes

These terms are replaced by full terms of service when Reneca opens. Until then, if they change, the date and version at the top change with them.
